Vice President Kamala Harris spoke in College Park, Md., marking two years since the Dobbs decision in which the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. Harris said it led to a "full-on assault, state by state, on reproductive freedom" and blamed former President Donald Trump, saying that he takes credit for it.
