The Taunton Animal Shelter Pet of the Week is Thor, a male husky who is about 6 years old.

He has beautiful eyes that are sure to melt your heart.

Thor may be fine with another dog, but he needs a home with no cats and no small or farm animals.

The ideal home would have a large, fenced-in yard where he would run and play to his heart's content or relax in the sunshine.

Thor is a dog for all seasons: he loves the water and playing in the kiddie pool in the summer, playing in leaves in the fall, and is sure to love the snow once winter arrives.

He needs someone who is very active and enjoys the great outdoors.
