YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Mr. Rodney Lamont Carter, Sr., 42 of Youngstown, Ohio departed this life on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at East Liverpool Hospital.
Mr. Carter was born on February 2, 1982, in Youngstown, Ohio a son of Edward (Eddie)
Hudson and Mary Alice (Sis) Muldrow Carter.

He attended East High School and came out in 1999.
Rodney loved hanging out with family & friends. He enjoyed being a father and spending one on one time with his kids. He was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan. He loved music and was a big fan of Lil Boosie.
He leaves to cherish his memory, two sons, Rodney Carter, Jr. and King Carter both of Youngstown; his siblings, Stacey Barlow, Dorothea (Winnie) Carter, Tasha Robinson, JaTon Carter, Clarence Carter Carmen Carter, Eric Carter, Robert (Angie) Carter and Jermaine Carter; his half siblings, Monya (Jamal) Hudson), Edwina Mackey, Melissa
Hudson and Ebony Williams and a host of other close family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Kenneth (Tuffy) Carter, his sister, Annie
Mae (Kate)Hudson; two brothers in law, Rodney Barlow and Terrance (T.R.) Robinson.
A homegoing celebration service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday September 7, 2024 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church the family will receive visitors for viewing from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. before the service.
