SCSO: Man stabbed trying to break up couple’s fight
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Shelby County Sheriff’s Deputies say a man was stabbed in the neck by a family friend trying to break up an argument Friday.
Witnesses said Eddie Harris, 56, appeared intoxicated when he drove up to a home in the 8900 block of Armour Road and began arguing with the victim’s cousin.
Witnesses said Harris was upset because he heard the cousin was talking to another man. The cousin said the victim tried to calm Harris down, and Harris stabbed him.
