The Iowa State Fair saw 128,732 people attend the third day on Saturday, shattering its single-day attendance record. The new record breaks the fair's all-time single-day attendance, which was set on the second Saturday of the 2022 State Fair with 128,298 attendees. This number also surpasses the previous first Saturday record of 127,227, set in 1991.

In 2023, 118,286 attended the third day of the fair. This is 10,446 more than 2024's second day.
