Tom Green Sheriff's Office looking for fourth suspect in crime ring
The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office is looking for the fourth suspect in a crime ring and asking for the public’s help.
On or about Oct. 31, 2023, an organized theft ring began operating in Tom Green and surrounding counties, according to a news release.
"Reports of stolen tractors, ATVs, skid-steers, motorcycles, trailers, and other equipment were subsequently received by the Sheriff's Office in the following weeks," the release stated.
Diligent investigation along with a press release on Dec. 2, 2023, requesting information from the public resulted in the identification and arrest of three of four suspects involved.
"Thus far, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office investigation has resulted in the recovery of several tractors, trailers and motor vehicles," according to the release. "Additionally, investigators have seized firearms, drugs and stolen equipment from several surrounding counties."
Trevor Allbright, 36, was arrested Jan. 4 for theft of property valued $30,000-$150,000 according to the release. Allbright is currently incarcerated in the Taylor County Detention Center for seven charges including burglary of a building, theft of property, possession of a controlled substance and several motions to revoke probation.
Gabriel Wilkins, 38, was arrested Jan. 9 for theft of property $30,000-$150,000 manufacture/deliver controlled substance in penalty group 1 between 200-400 grams and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and parole violation, according to the release. He remains incarcerated in the Tom Green County Detention Center.
Devin Isaac Stiers,27, was arrested on Jan. 11 for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and is currently out on bond, the release stated.
Remaining at large is Frankie O'Dell Wright III, 35, of San Angelo and is wanted for theft of property $30,000-$150,000.

"This suspect has multiple prior arrests including aggravated assault, forgery, evading arrest, and possession of controlled substance offenses," according to the release.
