Do I need to register to vote?
Yes. Registered voters in Wyoming must be 18 years old on Election Day, and a Wyoming resident in the precinct in which they are voting.
How do I do that?
Wyoming voters that wish to register in person can visit their county clerk’s website to find a list of acceptable registration websites. If in-person registration is not possible, Wyoming allows voter registration by mail. Voters must send in a completed and notarized Wyoming voter registration application and a copy of acceptable identification.
What's the deadline?
The deadline to register to vote in the general election is Oct. 21.
Where do I find out where my polling site is?
Voters can find the location of their polling site by visiting the Wyoming Secretary of State’s website.
Can I vote by mail?
Voting by mail is possible for absentee voters. Absentee voting begins on Oct. 8 and ends the day before the election.
What's the latest date I can turn in my ballot?
Ballots must be turned in by 7 p.m. on election night to be counted.
Is there a way I can track my ballot?
Wyoming voters can contact their county clerks regarding the status of their ballot.
What if I need help getting to the polling site?
Wyoming does not have a statewide program for helping voters get to their polling site.
