The superstar jam band Phish is famous for the ability to improvise. Fans might have to do the same when it comes to the weather for the band's Mondegreen Festival in Dover.
While it's hard to rain on a Phish fan's parade (we're looking at you, Curveball Festival), it's a little easier for festivalgoers to prepare and make the best of their time when they have an idea of what the weather situation might be.
Here's a four-day weather report from AccuWeather for the new Mondegreen Festival, which is expected to attract 45,000 festivalgoers to The Woodlands of Dover Motor Speedway, from Thursday, Aug. 15 to Sunday, Aug. 18.
Thursday, August 15: Phish Mondegreen Festival
The weather report predicts Day 1 of the festival will be sunny with a high of 88 degrees. At night there is a projected low of a 64 degrees and partly cloudy skies. A high heat index will mean the sunnier times of day feel more like 93.
Friday, August 16: Phish Mondegreen Festival
The Day 2 forecast predicts a high of 86 degrees with sunshine and clouds mixed, and just a 25 percent chance of rain. At night there will be a predicted low of 70 degrees, with a 40% chance of rain with mostly cloudy skies and showers developing late.

Saturday, August 17: Phish Mondegreen Festival
The Day 3 forecast predicts a high of 82 degrees with morning showers, a 41% chance of rain, and isolated afternoon thunderstorms. At night there will be an 87% chance of rain including thunderstorms, with a low of 70 degrees.

Sunday, August 18: Phish Mondegreen Festival
On Day 4, the final day of Mondegreen, the weather report is soggy, with a predicted high of 80 degrees and a 84 percent chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms. The evening forecast calls for a low of 66 degrees and a 25% chance of rain, scattered thunderstorms in the evening, then partly cloudy at night.
How much are Phish Mondegreen Festival tickets?
Mondegreen's general admission starts at $150 per day; $450 covers access for all four days. If you're bringing a vehicle, you also must buy a camping or parking vehicle pass (one per car or RV). Single-day parking passes start at $20.
