What's the best Chinese restaurant in Central Mass.? Vote in our March Madness bracket
Like an oversized menu overflowing with options, the lineup of Chinese restaurants in Central Massachusetts is a daunting one. There are dozens to choose from. Which one catches your eye?
Our search for the Best Chinese Restaurant in Central Massachusetts moves to the voting stage this week, with readers getting a chance to weigh in on their favorite spots.
Last week, we asked our readers to put on their foodie hats and nominate their favorite Chinese restaurant. Takeout or eat-in, dinner or lunch, we set no guidelines.
We received more than 50 nominations, from takeout spots to special-occasion venues.
Now it's your turn.
We've put the 16 restaurants that received the most nominations into a bracket-style reader poll. We've ranked them one through 16, based on the number of nominations.
In the spirit of March Madness, restaurants will battle it out in round-by-round voting during the next few weeks. We'll narrow the field of 16 to eight, then to four, then two and, finally, to the Best Restaurant in Central Massachusetts.
Each round will last a week. We'll keep you posted every step of the way until a winner is declared.
The poll is similar to earlier ones for Best Pizza, Best Ice Cream Stand and Best Breakfast Place.
It's an informal poll, unscientific, intended as fun, a departure from the sometimes edgy tone of the internet.
