Woman, 54, latest to be charged with trespassing at Taylor Swift's Watch Hill mansion
A 54-year-old woman was arrested and charged with trespassing outside Taylor Swift's mansion in Westerly, Westerly Police Chief Paul Gingerella confirmed.
Westerly police were called to the property at 16 Bluff Avenue on Monday for a report of a trespasser, Gingerella said. When the police got there, they found the woman outside the front gates, according to Gingerella.
"This subject was previously warned to not be on the property and subsequently arrested," Gingerella said.

She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and scheduled for a District Court arraignment on July 14, according to court records.
Taylor Swift's Rhode Island house has a history of trespassers and unwanted guests
Swift bought the Watch Hill mansion for $17.75 million in 2013, and it's not the first time the Westerly police have dealt with an unwanted guest on the music star's property. Through the years, several people have been charged with trespassing and other charges.
In 2019, a New Jersey man was found inside the mansion and charged with trespassing, as well as breaking-and-entering. When the police found him, they noticed he wasn't wearing any shoes. When asked why, he told them he wanted to be polite.
In the same year, the police arrested a man for the second time after he was found at the gate of Taylor's mansion brushing his teeth. He'd also been seen kneeling and praying.

Also in the summer of 2019, a man was arrested after he was found on the property with a backpack containing burglar's tools.
In 2014, three Connecticut residents were arrested after they allegedly threw beer bottles and cursed at security guards. A year earlier, a 55-year-old Maine man was arrested after handing a security guard a note telling Swift to call him.
