Tech support includes troubleshooting issues with or setting up home entertainment, home office, wearables and smart home products. Yahoo Plus Protect Home extended coverage includes mechanical or electrical failures that may occur with your devices due to:
- Material defects
- Normal wear and tear
- Power surges
- Accidental damage from handling for portable products as a result of normal use of the product.

If we can't fix the issue with your device, we will send you a replacement or reimburse you based on the replacement value, age and condition of the product prior to the reported device issue. Yes. There is a $1,000 single-claim limit, and a $2,500 aggregate claim limit. The aggregate limit is based on a 12-month rolling period, which begins on the date of your first claim. Please review the "Plan Limits of Liability" section of the terms and conditions for additional information.
