Jennifer Lawrence Likes to Accessorize With Chopsticks & Puppies

Jennifer Lawrence was so excited about being back in New York, she literally couldn’t contain herself. The actress, who arrived in the Big Apple on Wednesday afternoon, went out to dinner that night — and took a souvenir home with her.

Not an “ I <3 NY” T-shirt, or Statue of Liberty foam hat (Lawrence might have a sense of humor but she’s not visiting the city for the first time), the 24-year-old took a pair of chopsticks from the restaurant she was patronizing, which is not technically stealing. Putting on a show for the paparazzi who were waiting outside for her to make a grand exit, she does have a few awards to prove it, the star went wild for the flashing bulbs, dancing and throwing her hands in the air like she just didn’t care (because she most likely didn’t). Wearing a white swing dress with layered necklaces and black lace-up wedges with geometric detailing, she let her long blonde hair loose and stuck the chopsticks in her mouth and had a whale, or walrus, I should say, of a time.

After looking at real estate recently in Tribeca wearing some really short shorts, the Hunger Games heroine seems to be spending more time in the city that never sleeps. For her grand return after only a few short weeks away, she was spotted heading into her hotel wearing baggy boyfriend jeans, a white tank top, oversized cat eye sunglasses, long necklaces, and checkered slip-on Vans sneakers and carrying her beloved little dog Pippa.

J. Law’s obviously mastered the unconventional accessory. Is it possible to top chopsticks and a puppy? This girl’s talents should never be underestimated.
