Eddie Redmayne promised his new wife a sun-filled honeymoon in Los Angeles. Instead, it’s raining here—grey, gloomy, and overcast. Maybe that’s why Hollywood went overboard on the spray tans at tonight’s Golden Globe Awards. From Channing Tatum to Sienna Miller, everyone was sporting a surprising shade of orange. But it wasn’t only to achieve that sun-kissed look on a dreary day. It was also a matter of consistency. We’re all for a healthy golden glow, but next year maybe they can dial it down a few shades.
