With a Diablo 4 boss loot table you can find powerful unique items for your build or maybe even some that change it into something even stronger. In season 5, there are several new uniques items to find by defeating the Fell Council in the new wave-based mode Infernal Hodes, which I've detailed below.

Almost every unique item has been juiced up in season 5. Although their special effects are largely unchanged, their affixes are all much stronger than before. That means they're worth using even while you're still leveling up to 100.

Once you've settled into a build, you can chase after specific uniques by slaying the bosses below. All of them bosses are available in both the Eternal and Seasonal realm, plus there are Tormented Echoes bosses who cost extra materials to summon, but drop increased loot, plus a Resplendent Spark the first time you kill one of them.

The only caveat is that you will have to get to Nightmare world tier to start gathering materials and fighting bosses, and Torment world tier if you want a crack at any of the Tormented Echoes bosses. All that said, here's which uniques you can get from which bosses.

Diablo 4 Varshan loot table

You can re-fight Varshan from the Season of the Malignant in Nightmare and Torment world tier. If you complete Whispers and defeat Grotesque Debtors to acquire his Malignant hearts, you can summon him below the Tree of Whispers. Here's what he can drop:

Diablo 4 Grigoire loot table

You can fight Lord Zir in the Torment world tier if you kill world bosses, complete legion events, or defeat the Helltide's blood maiden to acquire the Exquisite Blood material to summon him. Here's what he drops:

You can fight Duriel, King of Maggots in the Torment world tier if you acquire Shards of Agony and Mucus-Slick Eggs by defeating Grigoire and Varshan. Here's everything the boss can drop:

Diablo 4 Andariel loot table

To summon Andariel in Torment world tier, you'll need to defeat Lord Zir for Sandscorched Shackles and The Beast in the Ice for Pincushioned Dolls. Since she acts as an alternative boss to Duriel, she has the same loot table including uber uniques:

Fell Council (Infernal Hordes)

Technically the Fell Council don't drop unique items, but you have to kill them at the end of an Infernal Hordes run to access the spoils of equipment chest that does. To access them, you need to activate an Infernal Hordes compass and survive all the waves of enemies.
