New innovative ‘Elation’ studio for artists, musicians, content creators in Metairie

METAIRIE La. (WGNO) — Musicians, filmmakers, podcasters and social media content creators should listen up! There’s a new spot right here in Metairie for producing high-quality content, and it’s called Elation.

CEO and Owner of Elation David Adams is elated to bring this kind of state-of-the-art technology to the area.

“Elation is a multi-media center. A full content playground with music studios and multiple places to shoot videos for content, for podcasts. Equipment for mixing and mastering your projects. Just a fun adult Nickelodeon for content creators,” he said.

Adams is very excited for content creators to come check out the studios. There’s one studio in particular that he is especially proud of.

“So, this is actually the first Dolby-Atmos mixing room in Louisiana that was certified by Dolby. There are 17 speakers in all,” Adams said.

The Dolby-Atmos studio is specifically designed for creating immersive audio experiences, allowing sound engineers to mix and master audio content with precision in a three-dimensional space.

The sounds and sights are all there to elevate your content.

“I wanted to build something where everyone felt comfortable. All of the rooms look different, and it is more of a home-like feeling since many people now are using home studios,” he said.

He said he wanted to create a space to keep the creative juices flowing for artists.

“Anything we do in a creative space should create elation for us. It should be the high peak of happiness,” Adams said.
