Stephen Colbert Pranks People as Worst Tax Preparer Ever on ‘The Late Show’
Tax day is fast approaching, and Stephen Colbert lent a hand to some unsuspecting tax filers on Wednesday’s Late Show. Before putting on a costume and becoming his alter ego, tax professional “Otto Sanchez,” Colbert learned from a real tax professional. Colbert then went through the business of helping people with their taxes by offering them beer and an H&R Block-branded block of cheese, accidentally burning and shredding their documents, and singing to them. Let’s hope they got some actual help after Colbert was done causing problems.
The Late Show With Stephen Colbert airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on CBS.
