Vote for the Most Shocking Moment!
Spoiler alert! Voting for the Yahooies!, Yahoo TV’s awards honoring the best of the 2014-15 TV season including summer shows, continues today with Most Shocking Moment.
And the nominees are…
Broad City: Male Stacey passes out during sex, and Abbi finishes
The shock was all Abbi’s when she realized she’d “raped” Seth Rogan — aka the character known as “male Stacey” — in a moment of summer-heat-induced lust. “I’m a monster!” Abbi moaned. Rarely has a questionable topic with all the potential for grim bad taste been turned into such a joyously funny moment. — Ken Tucker

Game of Thrones: Jon Snow’s death
By now, we should be used to the fact that almost every hero on Game of Thrones will meet a gruesome hero’s death. But the assassination of stalwart Night’s Watch commander Jon Snow still caught us completely off guard. He’s definitely coming back though, right? It’s all in the eyes, right? Give us some hope here, GRRM! — Ethan Alter
Grey’s Anatomy: Derek’s death
Grey’s Anatomy doc Derek Shepherd survived a plane crash and a gunshot wound to the chest, but a car accident finally did him in during the Season 11 episode “How to Save a Life.” Stunned fans were in mourning over McDreamy’s unexpected demise, so much so that showrunner Shonda Rhimes even issued a statement admitting she “never imagined” saying goodbye to the character. Neither did we. — Victoria Leigh Miller
Mr. Robot: A family reunion
And here we thought that Darlene was just your average manic pixie dream hacker. In a sequence that turned Mr. Robot completely on its head, she revealed her true identity (though, on this show, the definition of “truth” is constantly changing) as Elliot’s sister — just as her bro goes in for a kiss. It’s the most retroactively awkward sibling lip-lock since Luke macked on Leia. — EA
The Vampire Diaries: Another Red Wedding
Fans let their guard down and thought Alaric and Jo might actually get to have a happy ending. After all, Jo was pregnant with twins. Even this show wouldn’t kill off a pregnant woman, at the altar, at her own wedding. But as Jo said her vows, we heard the repeated sound of stabbing. And then the blood spread across her white wedding gown like an ink blot. Kai, who had the ability to make himself invisible, had returned — and secured his spot in the Yahooie! category for the Character You Love to Hate. — Mandi Bierly
The Walking Dead: Noah gets eaten by walkers… and a revolving door
Aw, Noah, you deserved better. After making your escape from Grady, only to learn your family was dead and lose new friends Beth and Tyreese, your own triumphant survival was cut short. The culprit: Nicholas, that weasel of an Alexandria resident whose cowardice led to you getting trapped in a revolving door, while your pal Glenn could do nothing but look on as a swarm of walkers ripped your Everybody Hates Chris frame limb from limb. Now, everybody hates Nicholas, and in the apocalyptic world, that probably means dude is a goner himself in Season 6. — Kimberly Potts
Winners will be revealed the week of Sept. 14. There’s still time to vote for more Yahooies! categories, including Best Sex Scene, Most Memorable Line, Most GIF-able Moment, Best Sight Gag, and Best #FoodPorn.
